We dispatch all orders, Monday-Friday within 12 hours of receiving your order.  Where possible, goods will be dispatched the same day as the order is received (if before 1.00 pm).  Occasionally due to stock outages or circumstances beyond our control, we may take longer to dispatch goods.  If this occurs, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Deliveries to local and most North Island towns allow an extra 1-2 days.  For South Island deliveries allow an extra 2-4 days.  For Rural Deliveries, allow an extra 1-2 days.

Any delivery times specified by Best Deal Tyres & Motors Limited are in good faith, however, on occasions delivery is extended due to circumstances beyond our control.  If this event occurs, we will endeavor to assist with tracking details to ensure delivery within a reasonable time.   The customer may specify delivery instructions for an order.

Best Deal Tyres & Motors Limited will not be responsible for any order that is delivered in accordance with the customers' instructions or for failure to deliver on time when delivery has been attempted.
